While my accent makes me stick out like a sore thumb, I must say that I feel right at home in Minnesota. The people here are great! Many have stopped me to ask about my shirt. Last night, at the fair, we enjoyed handing out t-shirts to anyone who would put them on, right then. People jumped into them! Sure, it helped that we gave them one, but I could tell these people would have bought them too, just because they believe in the message. People are so sick of this government and refuse to travel down this destructive path. Seeing this, in action, I know the Constitution will not die.
I'll try to post pictures soon. I really had a blast, in only a few hours. The REO Speedwagon concert was amazing (2nd time I've seen them), but I think the people behind me were even more entertaining than the band--one man couldn't believe I knew anything about Ronald Reagan...or the fact that Clinton rolled off his goodness. I'll get off my Reagan soapbox for now though...
For those of you who didn't like paypal, or wanted other options, those are now available. The shopping cart is awesome (in my opinion). Thanks to Fusion Creative Marketing and my friend Mark (up here in Minnesota) for working like crazy on that. Things are finally settling in! I'm starting to breathe a little more eaisly...well, just a little bit. For now, I have to go think of a paper topic for Brit Lit. and wonder, once again, where I'll find time to sit down and write!
